Meet the Teacher

Dana Douglas

Dana is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a Specialist Certification in Sports Conditioning. In 2018 Dana started F.A.S.T to bring her philosophies and conditioning style to athletes and adults across the Midwest. Dana designs programs for F.A.S.T that are focused on form, core development as well as “mind-in-the-muscle” mentality.

Classes

Members Fitness Class

The members fitness class is a cardio class mixed with light weight strength exercises providing a full body workout. This class will leave you feeling accomplished, energized and ready to take on the rest of your day.

FASTfit (Adult Classes)

FASTfit is focused on building muscle, core strength, balance and stamina by utilizing a combination of weight training and high intensity full body movement.

FASTlete (Athlete/Kids Classes)

The FASTlete class is a strength and agility class for young athletes ages 11+. The FASTlete class helps athletes become stronger, quicker and more confident through strength and agility training. Athletes are coached through individually designed strength conditioning programs as well as agility drills thus developing the athlete both physically and mentally.

Member Class – Low Impact Cardio

Senior Citizens and Silver Sneakers friendly course that focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. All members welcome.
