Meet the Trainers

Jon Forshier

Jon is excited to work with you on your fitness journey. He is a member of the American Council on Exercise and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He holds degrees from Bethel University in Exercise Science and Physical Education. Jon competes professionally in natural bodybuilding and has over 30 years of training experience. He has worked with all ages and levels of fitness and he is looking forward to helping you reach your specific fitness goals.

Hours of Personal Training

M-F: 5am-7am & 5pm-9pm
M-F: During day by appointment
Sun: 7am-9pm

Sam Kendall

Sam Kendall has been involved in the world of athletics for more than 18 years. As a swimmer, he was a high school All-American at Rosemount High School. He then attended the St. Cloud State University where he swam all 4 years and graduated with a Sports Management degree His experience includes 5 plus years of coaching swimmers of all ages. On the personal training side, he has earned his certification through NASM and is eager to begin PT with Hope Fieldhouse!
